2026! Make it a great one!
What are your goals for 2026?
I always love the new year and how everyone makes goals… however I find that picking times of the year to make goals is better than when everyone else is doing it.
For example last June I decided to make a major change in my life in the way I eat. No processed foods. No sugar. Mostly plant-based with high quality meat that I eat sparingly.
Results after 8 months… I feel the best I’ve ever felt in my life. I’m at my optimal weight. I have amazing energy.
I’m the kind of person when I make a goal I do it 100%. The goal that I set was to never let another piece of food in my mouth that wasn’t helpful to me. Before I eat anything I say to myself will this help me or hurt me. If it’s going to hurt me I don’t eat it.
The amazing thing about it… is overtime I actually crave healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, nuts, beans, yogurts and all the things we all know are better for us.
Over the holidays I ate zero candy, sweets, breads, cookies and all the fun stuff that we make it Christmas and the holidays.
I still enjoyed some amazing food that was satisfying and I don’t feel like missed that on anything.
In the end you have to ask yourself…
Am I in control of my life… Or is food in control of my life?
Earlier this year I started NeverDiet.com and it’s my passion project to share a little bit of the information and knowledge that I’ve gained over the years.
I’ll continue to make a video each and every day and post it here and on social media.
Hopefully I can help others out there… And at the least it’ll help me remind myself the reason I do what I do.
Have a great 2026 everyone. You are amazing and you can accomplish anything you say you’re mind too.

Morning Joel,
I too maintain a very clean diet…. (except for some weaknesses) I have been wholistic and Spiritual for several years. I monitor my blood sugar and blood pressure daily. My extensive culinary background allows me to create a multitude of wholesome foods… On balance, I drink and cook with, Alkaline Ionized water from a Jupiter Ionizer I purchased decades ago. I also use Reverse Osmosis water to cook with where Alkaline water is not as suitable. Generating and maintaining personal standards are not as difficult as some might imagine… Like you have discovered, our bodies inherently know what will nourish us. As for the “garbage foods, mostly created and perpetuated by less aware folks, staying away from them is a matter of choice. Thanks for taking the time to share your multifaceted world with the community. I sincerely appreciate your input. The pier in the photo is not familiar to me, but it looks like the Florida Intracoastal , or one of the ones in the more central Florida beach areas. Please carry on in your endeavors and Love and be Joyful as much as possible.
